Mental Health Membership
£49 a month: a monthly session with Mat, and a library to use in between.
Regular support from the same therapist, every month — with a library of practical resources to use in between.
The Mental Health Membership gives you steady, personal support from Mathew every month, and an evolving library to keep exploring in between — for £49 a month.
Your monthly session
- One 25-minute therapy session with Mathew each month, providing regular, personal support alongside the resource library.
- Online appointments, so you can attend from a comfortable, private space.
- Individual support, with time to discuss what is affecting your mental health, explore your feelings and consider what you would like to work on.
- Continuity with the same therapist, giving you the opportunity to build understanding over time.
The library, throughout your membership
Access to an evolving online mental health and wellbeing library, to use between your sessions:
- Articles and blogs exploring common emotional difficulties, everyday challenges, relationships and personal development.
- Practical worksheets to help you reflect on your experiences, recognise patterns and explore possible changes.
- Exercises and reflection prompts you can work through at your own pace, and revisit when useful.
- Resources between sessions, helping you continue exploring topics outside your appointments.
- The flexibility to explore the subjects most relevant to you, rather than following a fixed programme.
- New resources added over time, so the library keeps developing and expanding.
- Short educational videos exploring mental health and wellbeing topics in an accessible format: coming soon.
